Ok, in one of my other threads, I was asking how to activate Hermaeus Mora's shrine, well I found out how to do it, I only have one thing left before I can start Hermaeus Mora and that's to finish Clavicus Viles shrine quest. The problem is that when I choose to give him Umbra, and I receive Clavicus Viles Helm, the game freezes like 20 secs. after I finish the quest. The game also freezes if I choose to not give him the sword.

I've tried everything from fast travelling to a city (in the 20 secs. i had before freezing time) in hopes that it would load a separate cell and solve the problem, but the game still freezes. I'm making this thread in the hopes that someone knows the solution to this very aggravating problem

P.S I use a 360 that has a hard-drive

EDIT: I've checked my disc for scratches and there isn't any.

another EDIT: Zelda Zealot also seems to be experiencing this problem. I hope that Bethesda fixes this in the first patch that they make! (Here's the Link to Zelda Zealots thread)

haha, sucks for you. i can only hope that i dont get the same glitch tho

before u talk to him. talk to the people around him. once u start the quest it should say u have gotten umbra(if u have it that is). I don't know about refusing.i couldn't refuse. he just took umbra and left.

Haven't done it yet, I'll try now.

I hope they fix the vampirism cure bug.
