Cadaver
Here are a couple obvious ones that I have found so far...

Waiting: The wait command heals you (just like resting) except you wont level up. Why waste potions when you can just "wait" 1 hour...

Sneak: Sneak skill is EASY to autolevel. It appears to me that you gain skill while moving and being undetected... So! Find a spot in town where you are walking into a corner (so you dont go anywhere) where you are stealthed by some permanent guards (like the entrances of areas in Imperial City) and just set auto run (default "Q") and walk away. Eat food, watch a movie... you should be maxed out on stealth. If you set stealth as a primary you will have several levels waiting for you, OR, you could be a level 1 with 100 stealth!! Since the game levels the Enemies along with you, no one in the game should be able to detect you except a few set level NPC's and such, but you should be able to pickpocket ANYONE!! (almost)

Athletics is just as easy, find a spot to swim and point the curser so you dont drown, and walk away. I like the moats in Imperial city...

I have found that you can "auto level" a rogue/fighter type very easy with these. And get endurance up by finding mud crabs or similarly weak enemies, donning heavy armor, and blocking them, repairing your gear once in a while. Do 10 levels of Armorer, HArmor, and Blocking, then go back to town, 10 levels of auto sneak, 10 levels of Athletics, and you will have the x5 multiplier in 3 stats!! Your hit points will be great, you can out run anyone, and out hide everyone... Your combat skills might suck, but make them your major skills, and they should catch up quick...

You can use an Akaviri Katana for most of the Tutorial, but the guard takes them from you, the game removes the rest from the floor at the end of it /sigh... Pick one up right after Capt Renault dies...

Last of course are the "practice spells" you can make and just use as you run around...

Those are my really simple ones.

What little tricks do you have??

OH YEAH!! AND I FINNALY GOT THE GAME GUYS!!
Iraq doesnt seem so bad anymore... he he...

Those are really unfair uses of the game.
Here's a recipe to become MEGA-UBER:
Go to the University and enchant your helmet, armor, gaunglets, boots and graves with chameleon. Each will bring 20%,so that means you will have 100% Chameleon permanent. With this you can attack whoever you please, and he\she\it won'y attack you.....just stay confused while you do your slashing biggrin.gif

By using this max difficulty can easyly become a child's play.......How boring.I love the challenge smile.gif

Well, if you want alot of money to start the game, and you don't mind being a jerk, you can....

*spoiler*

Go straight to Kvatch at level one and agree to help them take the city. Then stand back, and watch as the Deadra kill all of the guards/imperial soldiers. Take what you want for yourself, then sell the rest (I suggest going to Anvil - there is an armorer just inside with Novice mercantile that is easy to pursuade - you can get him up to 62% even with poor personality and merc skill). You'll end up with 2000 gold even if you keep a set of the armor.

Of course, it is pretty jerky to watch the people you promised to help die, but this is business - right?

Sounds like an excelent chance to roleplay, lol... Is it just business?? He he...

And of course these will be unfair exploits, thats why its in Cheats and Hints section titled "Cheats" that arent...

There's much like this. I really don't find the point of setting you're character in a corner sneaking while you go off watching TV when you can just type in a cheat and use the 'walking in a corner' to really play and do quests smile.gif

Blade/Blunt/Hand to hand:
Attack strongish enemys with weak and/or damaged weapons or hand to hand.

Alchemy and Mercantile:
Buy all the ingredients in the world and make random potions. Sell 'em for a profit.

Armorer: Repair everything!

Speechcraft: Success does not matter, so just find a guard and spin that thing as fast as you can.

I like things like these because I play on 360 and it feels good to increase a skill. This is what makes RPGs very addicting to me.
Plus, I don't think it's possile to max some skills (like block or alchemy or mercantile) without such techniques, especially with the new training cap.

Glad to see you got the game Cadaver!

many ways to 'break' the game.
There are three known gold glitches (Vampire/Dorian/horse selling).
Leveling is easy......
of course, you can move the difficulty slider (I'm generally at 75% - but try 5% and see what happens smile.gif)
chameleon is eaaasy.
Alchemy can become that way fairly quickly. Mix everything all the time. once you're an expert or even journeyman, you can make incredibly powerful potions that will get you through almost any fight.

Select carefully, for too much use of this will ruin the game!
Everyone plays their own way, but still, try not to do too much 'breaking' unless you need to. My wife plays at about 30%, but that's how she likes it - she's not into big combat. It's not a huge challenge, but she enjoys it more that way.

Have fun!

Too true. It really sucks when you start getting most things up to 100 before you're done with the majority of the quests.

I like to work my skills so I max out everything right as I'm finishing the last of the quests.

Yes Deedo, thats why I like my current char...

Mage sign
Endurance/Luck
Specialization: Combat

Blade
Alchemy
Marksman
Alteration
Mysticism
Light Armor
Armorer

I run around in Heavy Armor... So most of skills started pretty low, and since I only use my major skills one at a time, it makes it easier to manage. I level slow and controlled, but I get 30 skill level ups prior to any character level, that way, I get the x5 multipliers every time. I am in NO WAY strong in any particular field, so everything is a challenge, but its fun, because I can do a little of everything...

I like it, and when he gets maxed out (at the rate I am going anyway) I will still have some end quests left!! I hope...

OMG, thought of another "break"

for weapon skills - go find mudcrabs/wolves or equally stupd animals that you can just back away and swing, and turn the difficulty slider way up, keep you weapon half broke, and your fatigue at NOTHING, and just keep whaling away!! Blade skill FTW!!
