How does one obtain a servant for their house?

You can only get a servant for the Skingrad House and you get that servant by going into colovian traders, buying the servant quarters add-on to your house, and then by talking to Eyja who's also in the Colovian Traders shop. She'll offer to be your servant for 150 gold

After that when you vist your house, she'll give you food and drink for free

I maxed out my Skingrad house, and pleased with the housekeeper, but still can't get things to display properly in my display cases.
