ppl ive got loads of money and i wanna get a horse but im not sure what one to get

isnt it somming like black is faster and bay is harder or..... just please i dont really know what one to get, and i also wanna know what horses youve got thanks

Take Cheydinhal Horse.Speed,Speed,Speed.....That's the point of the horse.To travel faster.It costs 5,000
Still i recommend not having a horse at all.Just run wherever you go,raise your Athletics,i assure you,it will come very useful.

Oh,the Horse i'm having is a Steed named Shadowmare.I didn't buy it,it was a gift from a.....let's say friend, i don't wan't to spoil anything.And i rarely use it.

The best thing about my Horse is that it can't die.When it's health comes to an end it becomes Uncoincesnus and it raises again.It's good enough for me,because i don't use it often.

heh nice guess about it being a troll bone helm but thats not what it is and I won't spoil it for you by telling you what it actually is but I will tell you that you get it either at the last or second to last of the fighters guild quests. I hate that helm on my lvl 47 (EDIT: oops meant to say 46) Character though since it makes him look similiar to a fish-head.

EDIT: Oh yeah, almost forgot to mention my favorite horse just for the sake of staying on-topic . My favorite horse (as with everyone else it seems) is shadowmere

i love it... i got the masque of clavicus vile today and compared the stats and this helm owned it... i have yet to find a better one

theres one over question aswell i found a unicorn guarded by minators if you ride it and then get off it, it starts to attack you, is this a glitch or is it surpossed to happen?

I just managed to kill my horse after jumping off a little to high cliff...

one word: Shaddowmere

if you are anywhere near it with your weapon drawn, it will attack you...


i killed the unicorn for a quest, but fortunatly, shadowmere is the king

could someone please Pm me telling me as to were I could find the unicorn quest starter? Don't tell me (or anyone for that matter) here because I don't want this thread to have to be moved (the mods are getting to power happy )

or right so 1. sheath weopon (cant spell) 2. find uniorn 3. kill minotors (if i can) 4. ride off on unicorn

I'm wondering - about Shadowmere, is it something you get automaticly half way into the Dark Brotherhood quests, or is it something you get like the bonuses you can get sometimes inbetween?

no, cant go through any doors or anything while on your horse... you'll just get off when you try
be careful tho because the unicorn (like stolen horses) will wander off when you get off

I think that DB members are the friendlyest guild mates in the game.But you will get a contract from Lucien Lachance to exterminate the whole centuary

Later in the game,the centuary will re-open with ne members.But the new members won't have names.Just ''Dark Brotherhood Murderer''
It really sucks when you become the Listener.No Contracts,no big money,no good items,no nothing.....All you do is to collect 200 Gold from the centuary every week

well, another perk is that you can have the dark brotherhood members fight with you... you can have a whole entourage of murderers (from db) and white mages (from mg) eventually

I want to leave them at centuary,and see if they can eventualy bring me more money (from 200 - 400,then from 400 to 800 and so on).
I doubt this,but i will give it a shot.
