My new character is still a Level 2 and carrying the Iron Sparksword to great effect. However, I feel nostalgic for the Stormblade, and can't remember who stocks it. Can anyone help? This little device I found more trusty than the White Woe which runs out of charge too quickly.

It would be useful to have a list of traders and what weapons they sell - or is this randomised?

Also: can one buy telekinesis potions anywhere? I've a feeling one could, but in my new game I can't find a seller.

I think the enchanter under Skar in Ald-Ruhn has sormblades but I'm not sure. As for telekinesis, I don't ever recall seeing a potion, I made one yesterday by accident though, (trying to improve alchemy skill), so i'd advise just buying the spell, unless you're not a wizard, in which case....good luck!

Stormblades are pretty common in stores that randomly generate enchanted weapons. You should try the mages guilds in Balmora, Ald Ruhn, and Sadrith Mora.
