Have you listened to any weird conversations in the game?
I have listend to plenty
here's one of them:

-Have you heard any news from the other continents?
-Not any I'd like to talk about.
-That's good to hear

This was not the excact thing they said, but it had the same content.

I've heard two guards constantly say to each other: "your off duty now" I ran away

"The deadra have attacked and everyone is being massacred!" (or words to that effect)
"Good to know."

Hahaha! Now that is really funny. The gates of hell have opened and everyone is dying. Good to know. I haven't really encountered any funny random dialogue that hasn't already been mentioned but I remember the first Quest in which the player must close an Oblivion gate.

Well you meet one guard inside and he says something like.
-It's horrible! All hell broke loose and they've got Xguy in the tower! Save him!
That's like saying: Some random guy is in hell, save him!

"I hear Errandil is good with a lockpick"
"I hear he's good with locks"
"That's what I heard"
"Good day"

-Heard anything from the other parts of Tamriel ?
-Not any i´d like to talk about
-any news from the other provinces(spc?) ?
-they say groups of wizards are leading a boycott against *something*(can´t remember) in the Summerset isle

hmmm picture the following situation: I, the hero of Kvatch promenade down a street, passing one guard who gets crazy and stutters towards me thus the words" It's... It's you! The hero of Kvatch!". I go by and a few secs later this very guard starts to his fellow guard, right next to him "Have you heard that the Kvatch Oblivion Gate has been closed?" (no quotations those are)

After me saving a guards butt from 3 assassins, he looks at me with a jolly expression and says
"Hello! How are you?" after he was just about mashed into the ground.

Whats the use of stealth says a dark brother member to another oh its good in subtle quests i do it lots the other one says you do it much the other one says no stealth is too easy

A "The three brothers sell good stuff"
B "I have never been to the three brothers"
A "I've heard so"
B "The three brothers are nice people"
A "I have never been to the three brothers"
B "Hello"
A "Have a nice day"
B "Bye"

Not excactly what they said, but same content

Person A:"Hello there."
Person B:"Why are you bothering me?"
Person C (walking past them):"Stop talking!"

Skingrad Imperial Steward: "Be quiet, you fool!"

I go to the waterfront and talk to a gaurd with my sword out. He starts yelling "There is blood on your blade" and threatening to put me in jail. I go talk again and starts asking me if I saw any criminals.
