there are NO BEARDS! did anyone else notice this in character creation? sure, you can darken the face in a stubble-like way, but i want a beard.

so, what are your thoughts on this devastating lack of facial hair?

I assume this is because the limitations of FaceGen, not the game itself. Anyway, it's not such a great loss.

well as i'm one of those who probably won't ever be able to grow a beard... at least no jealousity can rise up

They didn't include beards not because of some face-gen malfunction but because beards and various facial hair messed up the lyp-syinching of the characters.

yes. but. a real man needs a beard.

i can only hope that there will soon be a beard mod made by some enterprising chinstrapped individual to restore chinwhiskers one again to the elder scrolls games.

Maybe a beard-mod that has beards as clothing and a Life of Brian style beard salesman

Beards are really not important, but the idea of using a beard mod like clothing is well...interesting....

I don't miss beards personally, but when I found out they were out I felt it would be strange that every male Nord in the world was going to be clean-shaven. Most Nords should have big, bushy beards... the male ones, at least

Didn't you know the Emperor ordered that any bearded Nord found in the Imperial Province should be taken to the Imperial Prison and shaved? He said the same thing for just about every other race and ended up leaving some Khajiti whitout their fur.

Well, ok, there SHOULD be beards, but I don't find the lack of it too devastating.





The thing that pisses me off, well not so much anymore, but when I first started to play I got kinda frustrated over that when you talk to someone their faces get zoomed up. It feels kinda unnatural, and the persuasion system sucks.
Is it really true that one have to use every four persuasion technique every time? If I want to admire or boast, then why should I coarce (or whatever the word was)??
But otherwise there's hard to find anything to nag about The game is almost completely flawless.

I wouldn't have noticed that there weren't any beards if you hadn't pointed it out so I'm gonna go out on a branch here by saying that it's a very minor flaw.

roflmao, yes what a very nice way to put it... wow, nice. (perfect setup right there) but yeah I was way to into the other stunning aspects of the game to realise (or care for that matter) about the facial hair, I mean yeah it'd be cool but its not that important, sorry Mark
