I've talked to everyone. Found the hidden painting, found the art supplies in that black woman's chambers and i'm not sure what else I need to find before I can convict her.

Go into the West Tower. Look for the trapdoor behind some crates. Go through the trapdoor and you will see a "peculiar painting" on an easel.
To me, the quest is a little silly in that it forces you to find every single clue
even after two people tell you it was raining and one person says they were making "star charts" on the night in question. Just a snarky editorial comment.

hah, i made this exact same thread last week. i feel your pain!
Didn't like that one either... solved it for my wife and decided it wasn't even worth doing myself.
