i need to kill the Draconis family and i am on the last person. Who is Caelia, the Imperial Legion officer in Leyawin. How can i kill her and not get caught. I always end up with a 1000+ bounty on my head after. but i had no problem killing the others of the family.

How I did it was I told her my intentions, getting a 40 bounty in the process, and then led her (and one of the town guards, unfortunately) into a house with a quest NPC whose disposition I had raised (see: The Deciever's Finery). The quest NPC promptly attacked and killed her, and got the 1k bounty for it.

Afterwards, I yielded to the guard, and watched him change targets to the quest NPC, whom he knocked unconscious repeatedly until getting bored with it. The small bounty I had was easily disposed with, however.

Now, if you're talking about not getting caught for charachter reasons... Did you keep that poisoned apple?

YEAH, but how do i get her to eat it?

If she does eat, then maybe you can coax her into it by removing all the other food she has and replacing it with the apple. Never worked for me, though.

I did finally work around the getting rid of the bounty problem. I know it's silly/simple, but you can't fast travel to the waterfront when you have a big bounty or the guards will raise hell and you'll never get to Armand to pay off your bounty. Travel normally to the Old Bridge (due south of the Imp City Waterfront). Next time you have a bounty, fast travel there and swim across to the waterfont area. Sneak to your spot, wait until Armand appears at midnight and pay off your bounty for half price with no jail time! (required Thieves guild membership).
