Ok, call me impatient but I'm already wondering about expansions. Any rumors out there?
Soulseeker3.0
Impatient. biggrin.gif I havn't heard of anything and i've been checking the site occasionally, and all they have have recently is how other people have reviewed the game, I'm sure they are thinking of expansions, its just to early for it.
Volsung
The game just came out, lol.
Razaki
Hehe...the game's been out for what, a little more than a week? Heck, they haven't even came out with official plugins yet. I'm not even close to being done with the HUGE game. Give us some time, lol. biggrin.gif
Cadaver
Any idea when the horse armor will be available??
earwicker7
Well, I can't be the only one who is thinking of how they can add stuff so that I don't have to play any other game for the next 5 years or so. I like it that much!!!

they supposedly switched into two parties, and one group is probably working on expansions right now, the other group is doing plug-ins and patches. Right now they're probably working their asses off on patches, I completely expected the official plugins to get delayed a few weeks. Expansions are probably on the drawing board right now, or being drawn on the drawing board right now. Of course, bethesda was working on oblivion since 2002 and didn't announce it until 2004, so don't expect an expansion news for a while.

At least something is probably on the way. I can sleep at night smile.gif

BTW, awesome avatar--Donnie Darko freakin' rules!

they have to make more signifigant quests.

I finished the mainquest, ending my duties as a signifigant figure.
So i'm just doing menial tasks, like Ruin exploring and armor hunting.

I've become the Nirns most violent antiqueist in essence.

I need a good land mass mod.....

The main quest in any Elder Scrolls game just scratches the surface. I've always considered it more of a long side quest that you finish when you have the time. Unless you don't sleep, there's no way you've even come across the majority of quests.

Implied of course, but, i'd much rather play one big game altering quest than a bunch of small irrelevant ones.

The guilds are cool, but they seem to gimicky to me. kvleft.gif

I need a new expansion, the likes of which that will send me down Conspiracy Road.

I need to bring something terrible to national attention, i need to unravel a mystery, expose a secret society, kill a psychotic political figure in self defense....become a werewolf~!

Those are all stable mod ideas!
Someone get to work!

I need to feel important again. kvright.gif

hmm play some baldur's gate then. There you're the main figure throughout the game. Oblivion gives you the freedom not to be the most important planet on earth, to do whatever you want instead of beating badass villains n stuff, alongside the mainquest, that's what makes it special.
But: Being head of a guild for instance, not important enough?
