How do I raise my conjuration skill? using the turn undead spell does nothing to raise your level and all of the other spell require level 25! WTF?!?! HELP ME!

Use other spells now to get your magika up and then u can eventually summon a scamp and just keep resting and summoning. Atleast thats qhat im doing
