Does Anyone know if there will be a mod so u can use the scroll wheel to scrolls through spells?

Can't you already do that? At least it works for the normal inventory screen and such

i mean when ur running around slaughtering people u can use ur scroll wheel to scrolls through spells instead of using hot keys or somehting like that
