Hey guys i think that bethesda made a mistake by dummin down the ai! i say let them rob you, let them go into dungeons and let them pickpocket you! why? becuase then im no different from any other npc's! and i like a REALISTIC game! So? what you think? can you do this?

i tottally agree. I want really clever NPC's. It would be great if someone could create a mod that makes NPC's smarter. If thats possible of course

Yeah. Then the AI could rob your house and that might count as them "starting" a fight so you could kill them and the guards wouldnt care!

Nope! Then they would pay fine or go to jail (that's if robber was spotted by guard or a person willing to report that). Your items that have been stolen would be in some container (maybe in prison or somewhere and still belonging to you).
Btw i find it quite ridiculous when a bagger goes past laying Deadric armor as if he didn't noticed it
