In Morrowind i made this mod with a guy that would buy as much as i wanted him to, he had about a billion gold, a simple mod that affects the game very much.
In Oblivion, the NPCs will be able to steal from others. So if I made this mod for Oblivion. Then the thieves would steal from this rich person, and all the thieves in the area would be too dam rich. Would this crash the economy in the game or something?
