I will not be able to play Oblivion on PC. Thus, I will have no access to the TESCS, so, I won't be able to help the mod in that respect, or actually see it in production, which I regret.

I doubt this will be finished until a few months after release, and then there will probably be F'Ruum II.

That's OK Star, I'm sure we'll have plenty of people willing to do the muscle-work in TESCS, myself included.

Well I can't immediately, I'm waiting until it comes out so I can persuade my parents to let me add something nice to the computer... as in a new video card (right now I use some crappy prosavage one)

But I will have the 360 version..

I'll be able to get the game as soon as a month after it comes out, and hopefully some computer upgrades as well. I could see what I can contribute.
