Well first off, having a couple differant armor types is ok, I mean it can be helpful to have a bit more slack. But having two weapon types it not very helpful, go with one of them, not both.
Second, if you plan on using a two handed weapon for most of the game then at least put Block as a Minor Skill. And also, if your personality is fairly high then consider geting rid of Speechcraft, not Mercantile though, that is a bit more useful.
Thirdly, if you have plenty of strength then throw away Conjuration, you won't need it.
Conjuration is only useful for a Mage with low strength, or someone looking to keep light. I suggest you replace it with either Alchemy or Restoration, depending on wether or not you want to keep the inventory uncluttered with potions.
I am going to try and make this character and see how it turns out. So I will be back soon.
P.S. You could always just make him and start over if you don't like it. Its not like your computer (Or X-Box) will die if you have a few more saves.
EDIT: I made the Character in game. The stats or pretty good, but the skills needed some work.
Now I assumed you were making a Battlemage seeing as you had a nice mix of Combat and magic skills, and the stats were well suited for that character type. But their were some problems with the skills as I said before.
The Speechcraft and Mercantile were down pretty low (15)(Will get back to these later), and Marksman was a bare 20. So I suggest you ditch Marksman, you do has Destructions after all (With a good 40 points), and get Mystisism. Mystisism (Sorry about the spelling) is highly useful for any character with magical skills, so I really think you should go with that.
I looked at the two armors you had chosen, they were both at 20 when in the Minor catagory and 35 when in Major, so its your choice for which goes where. But you should think about whether you want to have more armor, or stay lighter. But Light Armor is far better when you get Glass, unless you have a mod chaging the Medium Armor's strength, at which point Medium get better then Light (Like it should be).
Block had 35 points to it (20 when in Minor), so if you plan on using two handed weapon for most of the game then you should move it down to Minor at least (Like I said before). But other wise leave it there.
As I already said, get rid of a weapon skill, preferably Axe as you have more Long Blade Skill, and they are (In my eyes) better. Also you should toss Conjuration, although it had a decent 30 points there was no need for it with your 50 strength.
I also played around with the Specialization, changing it to Magic was not very usful at all, it mostly just lowered the Combat ones a good chunk and gave a the Magic skills a decent amount. However when I switched it to Stealth I noticed that the skills were far more rounded. The Speechcraf and Mercantile skills went up about 5 points, and every thing else either wnet up a bit or down a bit. But overall it seemed to be a much more evenly balanced character when set to Stealth. It is your choice however.
Oh yeah, and if you don't set it to Stealth, then I suggest you get rid of Mercantile. Your personality was just too low for it to be better the Speechcraft.
Good Luck with the character.
P.S. Bet you were not expect an answer as long as this one.
