I particularly like the architecture alot. The plant life looks very frightening to say the least.

i just studied about this island today but i forgot what it is called, yes its in paris, and that island looks remarkably like the one notre dame is on, they say its where paris started...

I like the concept art.

On the Daedric Armor, I dislike the female version. If I was a girl I'd look at the armor and demand the guy gave me his. That armor prattically screams "LOP MY LIMBS OFF!" by not giving so much as chainmail to protect the gaps in the armor.

I miss the Ninja-ness of DB armor...

Well... my theory about dreugh were correct!, and everyone thought it was some sort of scorpion daedra, ha!

But joking aside I knew they'd play into their lore about dreugh walking on land. I guess there might be a few insights into the ecology of dreugh now, eh?

Considering it's a game, and howlittle thought they put into actual ecology, Especially when it comes to actual monster type creatures I doubt there will be little on Dreugh Ecology.

I will say that I am impressed at the work they put into studying the formation of physical features, erosion factors and the like. So I am slightly happier with the effort ut into the environment that was lacking in Morrowind. Thoguh I will kill someone If they once again choose to fill the oceans with only one type of fish, Considering that It is the most diverse ecosystem in the world. And I hope they have balance as a key, no creature would destroy all native populations like the cliffracers of morrowind did.

I can see why it reminds you of paris, but the cathedral is in the wrong place to really compare it with Île de la Cité of Paris. Since Notre-Dame reside on the island, and not on either side of the river.

I just meant the look of it. As in the island and that. not the buildings themselves... oh well

It was already ntoed that the creature in the video was a land dreugh.

As for the second one, that armor doesn't seem to match the DB concept armor in the least bit.

And that has to be the DB armor, in the screenshot depicted Here , 4 uniformed men attack 2 of the Emperors Blade guards (notice the similar armor types as those of the 2 Blades depicted in the demo videos, the 4 bolts one the center guard are a dead giveaway)
Obviously, 2 guards of the highest order of soldiers on the face of Tamriel would not be wasting there time chasing bandits in random caves, it has to be a scene from the initial attack by assassins on the emperor. And anybody who is going to pay money to see the most powerful man on Nirn and his family dead would not hire some 2 bit mercenaries to do it, Only the most professional and willing assassins can be implied

Besides, Concept art and finished product are almost never the same so the mismatch is to be expected.


My theory anyway

This is not Dark Brotherhood armor.

We have not yet seen Dark Brotherhood armor. Believe me if they had released it I would be all over it.

This is Mythic Dawn armor. Not Dark Brotherhood armor.

Yeah, I knew the DB wouldn't likely be involved in the Emperor's death (heavily). Doesn't seem like their style. As for the Dreugh ecology I'm expecting this because their going to have to explain to the folks who don't read lore as to why the dreugh are walkign on land (ironicly they'd have to put it in a book of lore). I expect at least one book on the amphibious nature of the dreugh.

I cant see how, It is said that you and the Blades fight Assasins in the underworks of the Imperial city, If these men arent DB members, they're some pretty cunning conformist bystanders with the same taste in clothing.

Yeah well, it was already confirmed by the devs. It is Mythic Dawn armor. By the way, rumors say that it's the Mythic Dawn who are after the Emperor, which would definitely explain why the Blades/Imperial Guard are fighting them in that second picture.

None the less ill remain cautiously optomistic this is Db armor until i see Mythic dawn assasin imprinted on the guys head.

Well.. there's no reason to stand igonorant in the face of good evidence.

Just look at their name! "Mythic Dawn" Like starting a new age?, a dawn of the new age if you will? Also this may or may not have to do with the mythic age.

Because the devs are stingy with info on the Mythic Dawn.

The Mythic Dawn is a sort of evolution of that suicide cult in Mournhold. These guys, however, know the Daedra are coming, want them to do so, and are more than happy to worship them/be their servants, IIRC.

The Mythic Dawn armor looks nothing like the DB armor.

First, it has plate-mail on it. A serious no-no for a proffessional assassin, too loud. Secound, the cloth parts are red. Not black, or grey like DB would be, but stick-right-out red. Finally, it shows too much skin, no real assassin wants to show off that much skin.

The sum it would take to hire the Dark Brotherhood to kill the Emperor would be ..welll. Lets just say it would take the friggin emperor himself to order the assassination it'd cost that much.

In morrowind, where assassination (by the MT) was legal, it cost around 1000 to kill relatively unimportant people. Now, the Emperor of Tamriel, it going to cost a hell of a lot more.

So obviously, the Dawn sends its own people, in their armor, so it is known they slew the emperor, that they're heralding the new age. Etc.
