Well, um, I like a few of those things on the list, but not all.
I really like:
-RPGs (turn-based and action-based) (Morrowind, Baten Kaitos, SMT: Nocturne, etc)
-Action/Adventure (Prince of Persia?, Tomb Raider, etc)
-2D/3D/3.5D Platforming (think Jak and Daxter, Klonoa 2, Sonic the Hedgehog, Mischief Makers, Silhouette Mirage, etc)
-Fighting (Dead or Alive 3, Guilty Gear X2, etc)
-Simulation (The Sims, Black and White, Harvest Moon, etc)
and anything that is a mix of these. (For example, action-RPG, etc)
... I can't choose one, exactly. I grew up more with Action/Adventure, Fighting, and Platforming than any of the others.

(Back when I was younger, I didn't like RPG's at all, because they were way, way too 'talkie' and had boring combat.)
