Pete had stated that posting where to obtain the video is prohibited, however talking about the contents of the video, if you already saw it, on forums is fine. However, I don't recall specific information about screenshots from the video, but I would assume they were prohibited also.

Linking to the video or screenshots from it is not allowed.

According to Pete, the video will eventually be released on elderscrolls.com. Until then, it's not ok to post links to material from this promotional DVD.
