Personally (and I retract my "destroy all Halo comments) The following games are assumed to be hated for utter lack of quality or other reasons.
Mary Kate and Ashley Games
Barbie Games
Disney Games
Movie Based Games (let's take longer than half an hour on development okay?)
Any others?
Games I hate:
Halo 1/2
Legend of Zelda: Windwaker (I was okay with the cartoony look... but everything else)
Spider Man Games
Infact, any Marvel or DC superhero game

I agree with your comments, though I personally thought THUG 1 and 2 were two of the most dissapointing games ever. Anyways, Riddick was amazing, I can honestly say very few things could seperate me and the controller when I played it.
Games I hate:
THUG 1 and 2
The Harry Potter games (nothing against Harry Potter)
Doom 3
Just about everything made by EA
much more to come

You guy's vendetta against any major corporation is in the least to say appaling.
EA has released several good games, IE Need for Speed: Underground 2, Battlefield 1942, Battlefield 2 (Veitnam wasn't that great, but after all I think it was either EA Canada or Dice Canada that made the game), Medal of Honor: Allied Assualt, and Freedom Fighters, which I must say is an unbelievable game.
However, I cannot stand Movie to Game, games.. that is all.

I don't understand what's so wrong with sports games. Me and my brothers have quite a bit of fun playing football/basketball games...

I agree with Wurlon minus all final fantasies. Only some of them do I dislike. Riddick was a good game and so was Kingdom Hearts, so I probably should have been more specific.

It is nothing wrong with sports games...that is if you´re fond of sports....
My son loves his football and ice-hockey games....and I must admit I´m kinda fond of playing car-racing games at xbox...although i can´t drive very good, it´s kinda exciting!

Go hockey games! I think sports games are good, but some of them seem bland and unimproved. And about EA, I personaly think 7 good games doesn't outweigh the huge amounts of bad games they have shoveled out. Remember when they got the rights to LOTRs? Dear god, it was as fun as a game where you read repeating sets of numbers. Also, buying the rights to football games so you don't have competition is pretty awful.

I dislike:
Any game made out of something that boring in real life, let alone as a game (IE Golf, Tennis, Shopping, Living the ordinary life of some ordinary joe (sims))
Any game made by Vivendi Universal (they may have a few games but I'm boycotting the corporation because they privatise water)
Most games made by EA
Games that make fun sports actually boring:
Madden
1080
Poker

Spiderman 2 was good on X-Box and Playsation 2 it sucked on PC
The punisher was a whole lot of fun and the only good movie game I have ever played(probably because´the only thing it shares with the movie is the main character and a name, and o yeah the guy who played him in the movie does the voice

I hate most sports games. I hate all "baby" games, or games targeted at "young audiences" or more specifically "female audiences under 12 years old."
I also hate most games made by EA. I did like Need For Speed Underground one and two.
I hate all Mortal Kombat games. I simply find te story mindnumbing and written by an untalented hack with no inspiration. The controls are blocky, although better than a few games, and the graphics, although not horrible, are far from great. Basically, Mortal Kombat has nothing going for it except disgusting ammounts of blood and gore and unrealism taken to the furthest edge. I much prefer, say, DOA 3 or Soul Caliber 2.
Halo one and two weren't bad in my book. They aren't my favorite game, but I must say I enjoy killing all the people in it from time to time. Unfortunately, I rock at Halo 2, at least by non-live standards, so nobody will play with me. I don't get Xbox live.
I don't like a lot of games, since it seems that most developers nowadays focus on graphics over storyline and such. To me, unless the graphics are absolutely breathtaking (which even Oblivion fails to accomplish in my book) the storyline and such is more important.
I hate any game that had no storyline whatsoever. If I want pointless killing, I'll play Halo 2, since I already paid for it.

I can't think of that many games I realy hate, since I normally only buy games when I have a lot of information about them. I think FF10 is probably one of the games I dislike most - the voice-acting was just embarrasing, every single character was dull, and the villain/enemy/whatever-the-hell-it-was was about as scary as a baby hamster. I definitely don't agree that FF8 was a bad game though - sure, it was flawed in a number of ways, but despite that I still think it's worth playing.
I also dislike most shooters - I own only 2 shooters, MOHAA (which gets dull fairly quickly) and UT 2004, which is the only one I play, and I see little point in having any other games that are pretty much exactly the same (ie. shooting enemies mindlessly).
