i think theyre ruining the r.a.i., because we hear stories bout the devs and npcs doing funny stuff then the devs say they are making sure that stuff doesent happen so we wont be able to have much fun messing around wit the npcs, i know people dont want the a.i. doing stupid things but come on!!

RAI, like anything else, is not a perfect program you can just stick into a game. Occasionally the NPCs will do something that does not work, and the devs fix it.
There you go, a response to what I gathered from what was attempted complaint.

funny things like kill eachother over a loaf of bread? or funny things like buy every single item out of the shops in the game leaving you with absolutely nothing to buy and therefore leaving you quite bummed out and possibly fatigued/wounded and probably ultimately leading to a game crash?
cause they do kill eachother.

You will probably be able to start such a fight, but in a much more realistic manner. What happened in the testing was that it happened unexpectedly or the system was too sensitive, and fights happened too often.

wow, that was a lot of capital letters! you know, typing in all big letters makes the text hard to read.
however, im pretty sure some guys over at bethesda have thought of probably testing RAI before releasing the game and making sure, taht there are some "emergency triggers" to pull if something terrible happens with RAI.
