Go to the point marked on your map.Wonder around a little and on your radar there should apear a cave.Enter the cave,and you're in

E I dident have any marck on my map,how did you get it? 
Dragonclaw Rock should be marked on the map if Lifting the Vale is you're 'Active Quest'. That's just by double clicking on the quest and it becomes you're active one - then you go to Dragonclaw Rock, and if you continue to walk North-West then you should find the cave
