Cyber Nations is a fun little free browser-based game thats semi-sort of-ish like the Civillisation games. You can build up a military, expand your nation's borders, improve infrastructure and technology, invade other nations, and trade resources (that have various bonuses and penalties, eg oil raises population happiness and lowers soldier costs, but damages your environmental rating).
Its still a pretty new game, and its constantly being improved.

I'm Joanu of the democracy of Urlen in it, and have gems and spices up for trade (although I currently have the max amount of trade partners). There's also a thread on it in the TES forums, so you can see prospective trade partners.

So I'm creating my nation...but what team do I choose? (help!)

teams are not really important at the beginning and you can change it any time. Bear in mind though, that if you trade with someone of your team, the trade brings +1 happiness, which brings more cash from your citizens.

SO how do I trade? So far I've got my country, just based off the white rose shopping centre in England

collected taxes
got 10 soldiers
bought some economy.

I now have no red warning signs...what now?

well basicly, you can buy stuff once a day (after collecting taxes).
Soldiers increase your strength and happiness up to a certain level (more cash)
Infrastructure increases your population
The more land you have, the fewer people per square mile, the higher their happiness gets.
For trading there is a seperate window under "Trade Agreements" in the left navigation. You can search a nation or a good, and on the nation overview of the land you want to trade with, there is a field called "trade" in the upper navigation. Click on it, and the proposal is sent.
