I would go around finding really rare items I couldnt use or didnt want. They should sell for about 1200 by the value it gives me. Im running to the shop and I find the guy offering me about 200 for it. I bribe him to make him like me more and Im able to bump it to about 600. I go with that since the items really heavy and I have no need for it.
The merchants are huge ripoffs at times. Anyone else agree?

I have one shop owner for every subject of goods that I go to, I've worked them all down to about 120% so I don't get ripped off that much. Think of 100% as wholesale, so if you buy something for 200% that basically just a stnard shop mark-up.

Hey, you know it doesn't cost $50 to make a pair of shoes in the real world? Same thing applies in Cyrodil. It's just mark-up.
