what are your favorite hobbies to do when you are bored as hell?

( mines is to draw, im pretty good at it.....)

I tend to enjoy writing myself, I've got a knack for it and a small random thought-burp often becomes a sprawling tale for me.

Other hobbies include card games such as INWO & Magic: The Gathering (local INWO tourney winner with all 3 entered decks taking first.. and subsequently being banned due to them being unstoppable)

Drawing (art in general have tried a bit of water coloring, Cg, and fractals)

Planted aquaria (my biggest and most time commiting hobby)

Well now......first of all I hardly ever get bored because I usually always find things to fill up my time with.

I write....I also read a lot, books are my best friends..that is when all the "must-do" things are done of course..then I try to get out on a regular basis....that´s healthy..then I also am interested in real-life-role-playing....so I make medieval clothing, have quite a neat collection at the time being...


So boredom is nothing I have to worry about!


Oh! and I spend quite some time here at W4O!

Doing fractals.

Well when I'm not developing something, I'm trying to get into the underground hip-hop culture in my area. Apart from learning how to freestyle, I make CD covers for anyone trying to peddel albums in clear cases on lame CDs...

I get money for it, $20 for a low quality one, $50+ for a decent one. Then I create about 30 CDs and CD cases...

my hobby IS boredom.

If it is nice outside, take a walk for a long time and listen to a CD or play a video game. If I am really bored, I will mess around the TES CS and do funny stuff there, like create a room of skeletons and try to beat them with a lvl 1 char....

In the sporting line I play squash and I sail.
With computers I tend to spend quite a while programming whatever happens to catch my interest, the odd bit of design (3d and web) and chatting mainly on IRC but MSN as well.
I like reading and I write whenever I have some sudden inspiration (which is admittedly pretty rare) and I play my saxophones (alto and curved soprano, though I much prefer the latter).
